Why Muscle Testing?
Muscle testing is more than a way to check muscle strength — it’s a tool to communicate directly with your body. In Applied Kinesiology, we’ve discovered that each muscle shares a connection with a specific organ. That means muscle weakness can actually reveal stress or dysfunction in the organ itself. Muscle testing allows me to ask your body what's causing the organ stress:​

Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is a technique that allows for stuck emotions in the body to be released and let go.
Muscle testing allows for communication with the subconscious to identify the emotion- these stuck emotions will be tied in with the meridian system of the body which allows for a way to release the emotion.
